Laurent went on a summer vacation in Spain with his family. The two vehicles carrying the family members had an accident. Laurent tells how the Filassistance teams helped them.

“We were going to the Costa Brava with my wife, my 3 children and my sister and her family. We followed each other, and on the highway, our two cars collided. Luckily, no injuries, but both vehicles were completely out of order.

I called Filassistance, who immediately took care of me by towing our damaged vehicle in a safe place, and then provided us at the disposal of a taxi to go to Bordeaux airport where a replacement vehicle was waiting for us.

Filassistance has even been able to provide a vehicle for my sister’s family, as their assistance did not manage to help them as quickly as Filassistance did for us!

The assistance coordinator even called us back to make sure that we had been taken care of by the taxi and that the replacement vehicle had been granted to us! “

Virginia works as a sales representative for an agri-food company. During a business trip, her vehicle broke down.

“I had to go to a very important meeting with one of the biggest clients of the company, with Japanese partners. SNCF was on strike that day, so there was no train to my destination. So I left with my company car. I was halfway there when I broke down on a country road. What a blow! I called Filassistance, who towed the vehicle and offered me a vehicle to finish my journey. Mireille tells how Filassistance helped her while her car had just been stolen.

“I went on vacation to the Gers, to my sister’s house. I stopped in a small village for lunch at the restaurant, and when I came back, my vehicle was gone! They also organized and financed the trip to recover my vehicle which had been found with a broken window.”
